Custom PJ Deluxe in Blue Burst

Brand New!! Custom PJ Deluxe Blue Burst with split coil neck! These are extremely customizable, offering 3 different pickup combinations in the neck: vintage single coil, split coil and jazz - all paired with a jazz in the bridge position. They also come passive or active, and standard 21 fret or 24 fret. I offer lacquered fingerboards as a custom option, but haven't done one on spec in quite a while. They are a tremendous amount of work, since I tape off my frets instead of the way Fender does. So you will see no lacquer on the sides of the fretwire. Our photographer Philip Murphy does a fantastic job, but honestly, in person the detail is even more amazing. Birdseye maple fingerboard highlighted with two different colors and then light blue stain applied, all clear-coated in 100% nitro over our 3 piece flamed maple/mahogany/flamed maple neck back for super stability. One-piece choice Louisiana swamp ash also highlighted in brown and amber, with a one color blue burst sprayed with tinted instead of opaque sides. Tortoise fret markers, Hipshot bridge and tuning machines, Lollar Jazz and Split coil pickups, Hipshot tuning machines and bridge, hand-cut bone nut and DR High Beam round wound strings. The 5A rainfall quilted pickguard in 3 stage finish is truly 3 dimensional in person. These all come stock with stereo splitting capability. Plug your regular cord in the side for normal play, but plug a second cord into the top jack and it splits the pickups to run each to a separate channel with independent volume control. Fantastic in the studio. This is playable art! I may already have a buyer for this, but feel free to inquire, or ask about a custom build. $3750 and it's yours, baby. This comes with a hardshell case and free shipping to lower 48. Please ask about overseas shipping, we ship all over the world.
